Summary: Annotation. From 1968 to 1971, school teacher and self taught photographer Angus O'Callaghan walked the streets of Melbourne on weekends and evenings. He embarked on a project to photograph a coffee table book, to document Melbourne, the city he loved. As fate would have it, the project was not to be and the images were then resigned to a shoebox until 2009 when by chance, Ben Albrecht was to rediscover Angus' almost lost time capsule of Melbourne. Now 45 years later, the book Angus started in 1968 has now been released. Angus O'Callaghan, Melbourne.
